1. Who we are

This site is operated by California Pre-Dental LLC (the "Company"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We connect pre-dental students with current dental student mentors for paid 1-on-1 sessions and sell digital admissions resources. Mentors are independent contractors and not employees of California Pre-Dental LLC.

3. No guarantee of admission

Sessions and resources are educational. We do not guarantee admission to any dental school. Profiles, statistics, and accepted-applicant materials are representative and may be anonymized.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and inclusive of any applicable platform fees.

5. Refunds

• Digital resources: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file. Email info@californiapredental.com.
• Mentor sessions: Cancellable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Session quality: If a session fell short, contact us within 7 days and we will either refund the session or arrange a free rematch with another mentor.

6. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute purchased materials, resell access to mentors, or scrape the site. Mentor sessions are for the booking student only.

7. Privacy

Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, California Pre-Dental LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
